Great Branch Manager Opportunity to make networking connections in the community.
Cons
Horrible leadership from the Regional Director level and up. Lack of commitment to success for the lowest level employees. Disconnect between the mission statements and the reality on the ground. Almost no support, even many of the corporate support numbers will simply blow you off. Virtually no opportunity to grow or be promoted. Ridiculous expectations on daily tasks while providing no incentives besides a highly unlikely commission bonus from Perm Placement.
