Flexability Proffesionalism Changing Experiences by having assignments to different companies. A good opportunity to build contacts through different companies to get a good starting point for future job opportunities.
Cons
Few possibilities for personal education through internal courses and such. Instead of doing follow up after assigment rushed out on a new without any breathing room.
