Many great opportunities nationwide, many ways to broaden your horizons in the staffing world, an industry-leader in RPO services, ability to work form home in certain instances.
Cons
Middle and upper management are average at best, except for a few instances and they seem to keep the lower-paid managers over the ones that have had the best results.
