Pros
When I left the company, I thought I was heading for a better opportunity with an organization that had as excellent a relationship with its employees as did Manpower. Although I am not unhappy, I must sincerely say that I will continue to have a real appreciation for all that Manpower did for me and my colleagues. Staff development is a key mission; fair treatment at all times was key; the feeling of being an important part of the corporate family was always evident.
Cons
The staffing business being unexpected demands. Customers needs occur at moments notice and the response needed in order to maintain customer satisfaction frequently goes beyond the "9 To 5" routine. But....I understand this is the business Manpower is in. I recommend others understand it also, before becoming a part of the Manpower Team.
