Too many levels of management and leadership. Yearly increases are never higher than 2%. Share holders driven company. Employee morale for both associates and staff is low. Communication between filed and corporate is not good. Too many low paying temp jobs and not enough good jobs to offer associates. Manpower training and elopement is not consistent. Only way to move up is to have wo work life balance, and even then in such a large corporation your work can go unnoticed if you are under bas leadership. No real diversity when you get to management and executive level positions. All operations support roles such as, payroll, IT, and field care center are being outsourced to India.
