this department is ran on personal feelings vs business.
I was terminated over the phone due to a personal issue a supervisor had with me (so unprofessional)
this is a new department, new rules so happen to pop up everyday that you will know nothing about and you will get wrote up for it even if you know nothing about it.
Very little resources to find new candidates.
