MAP recently acquired Ruby Receptionist, a 5-star organization that had won multiple awards, and whom quickly tumbled down once they sold to MAP. We were spoiled Employees, however, our voices were HEARD and our CEO kept very open communication and involved us in new software implementations and ANY organization changes. MAP is a 2.5 star company. One would have assumed that MAP would have seen how happy and motivated our Employees were and then applied the amazing benefits we had from wellness days, sick time, regular scheduled breaks, a generous PTO, UPTO, performance incentives, Sabbatical, and more to their current organization to bring them up in ratings instead of crashing the entire organization as one. If you reside in OR, WA, and I think possibly AZ, you get to take 2 - 15 minute paid breaks and a half hour unpaid lunch break. If you reside in MO, KS, or TX, they're making us take either 2 - 30 minute unpaid breaks through-out the day or an hour unpaid without any other breaks scheduled. They're punishing employees for stepping away for a quick BRB to use the bathroom during their work day. Rubys are trying to hang onto every fiber of their well-being, but our mental health has declined since MAP has taken over and it's very apparent in several comments from Employees on channel posts. It's SAD! MAP has done Ruby employees pretty dirty. Our voices are no longer being heard. They gave raises to try to make up for them taking away the benefits... what made Ruby the best place to work for!! I had never met a sad and distressed soul at Ruby UNTIL MAP came along. Now, we're all waiting and wondering when our last day will be upon logging on for the day. We are on egg shells walking into changes nearly every day... changes to operations, meeting robotic expectations, and more. We have gone through 2 Operation Managers since MAP has taken over. We had lost several inspiring and amazing Coaches aka Supervisors, and sadly many had been with Ruby for years before their jobs were abruptly turned over to dust and they were left with the option to quit or step down. Many who tried to step down, HR wouldn't work with their schedules as a Receptionist, and so they were forced to quit. Literally not making this up! It's truly a hostile and truly sad environment. Farewell to Ruby and our mission statement! Welcome, MAP! The worst company I've ever worked for.
