Pros

Repetitive busywork, makes time go by some days.

Cons

Six days a week. Very hot. HR sometimes won’t fill out your drug test properly then fail you on it and not call you to let you know or even acknowledge their incompetence when you have to correct them. Huge communication barrier with English. Rude process techs. Management offering to fast-track new employees just to make them feel pressured to stay. Casual racism has been observed in company meetings.

Pros

Good place to get started. Relatively okay company culture and pay, all things considered.

Cons

Not a great place to stay long-term. The long-term health impacts are real and important. Pay doesn’t scale up very much.
