Pros

Good mid management level people and work force. A company with potential

Cons

Micro-managed at the executive levels. Lots of turnover at senior levels that creates a tension and mistrust between departments. Too much management cross-over in departmental management.

Pros

Good place to get started. Relatively okay company culture and pay, all things considered.

Cons

Not a great place to stay long-term. The long-term health impacts are real and important. Pay doesn’t scale up very much.
