      One of the proc working for Marathon Health was the Location. Another Pro was The Salary

      Cons

      Too much Gossip in the work place. Co-works knowing how your interview went and Poor management that would engage in and talk about Co- work and private conversation and concerns of Co- Workers facilitation a toxic Work environment. Last is the ability to give effective on the job training for the position being hired for.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
