      Stable, Decent Pay Good hours Friendly Management

      Cons

      No room for growth. Unwilling to flex hour. Medical Assistants are generally an Entry-Level position, you would think the company would encourage be flexible with college students. They also do performance reviews done by people who do not work in the clinic and can have an accurate review of ones performance.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
