      -Great benefits. -great work environment. - culture of care: truly phenomenal care given to patients while employees are happy with their jobs and feel supported - awesome support

      - spread out through out country however there are many meetings and connections that take place to minimize the distance factor

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
