Pros
Marathon offers great benefits and has every benefit available that I can think of. They invest in their employees right away, reimburse licensure and CEU's. Very open in allowing employees to grow at the company and change jobs, learn new things. PTO is excellent. Very patient centric which is lacking in healthcare these days. My coworkers are supportive and open from the HR staff to the COO. I would highly recommend Marathon to patients and health care workers- it doesn't get any better than this. I've been nursing for 20 years and can say that without any doubts.
Cons
There has been some recent big changes and some of the long term employees left due to this. However, I have been at other companies with big changes and with that came cuts to patient care and cuts to employees and changes to their mission and that is not the case here.
