Pros

Overall, great place to work--they actually seem to care about their employees. Great team at my clinic.

Cons

Low PTO/year (not relevant for me as a PRN employee, but definitely offers lower amount of PTO for their full-time employees). IT support is slow.

Thanks for your feedback and for all the contributions you made as a Marathon Health ambassador. We’re always open to feedback on how we can improve the ambassador experience at Marathon Health. Every ambassador has a minimum of 15 PTO days a year, plus 7 company holidays and 1 “floating holiday” to give you some flexibility. In early 2022, we rolled out a parental paid leave policy to help mothers and fathers take care of their families. Thanks again for your feedback. It is very much appreciated.

Pros

Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

Cons

Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
