      The cool pro is that you get to fly to Vermont for training week

      Cons

      The doctor's in the office are the managers and it makes for some really terrible situations. They also lack the ability to make crucial decisions in employment requirement of incredibly toxic individuals.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
