      Pros

      Working in a small office setting being able to spend more time with your patients. Feeling like you are making a Difference. Computer system fairly easy to learn. Best health care in the business for employees also.

      Cons

      Some clinics treated differently than others. Not enough pay for the job that gets done. Although there is a training team all of the training that gets done is on site provided by clinic staff without compensation or direction. No room for medical assistants to advance in the company.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
