Pros
Work life balance, Great pay, managers are supportive, you aren't micromanaged. You get to see patients for however long you want. Company really stresses quality over quantity. Not a money hungry company but actually cares about the employees and the clients/patients.
Cons
You have to be confident with working alone, most of the clinics you will be the only BH provider and managers are all remote. Your team is the ones in the office you work with depending on the office it could only be 3 people or a few more but not alot. Marathon can somettimes be a marathon with getting IT or certain request done.
