Pros
Coworkers were great. Patients need terrific.
Cons
Per diem has been with the company for over three years and has received nothing but great reviews—lost position during the transition to the new company. I applied for a per diem position after the new company took over. I received information that provider relations found incorrect information on my background check. I was informed they would not re-review. Then, I received a letter from Talent Acquisitions that they were pursuing candidates with skills more aligned with their needs. This after working for them consistently for three years, never calling out sick, coming in whenever they called, and going into any clinic they asked. What a slap in the face and pathetic. Patients still call me on my personal cell phone asking me when I am coming back and telling me that they are not receiving the same level of care.
