      Pros

      Remote opportunities can be nice. The best part of Marathon is the passionate leaders and amazing clinicians the company is blessed with.

      Cons

      Inefficient communication. Executive apathy. It doesn't matter if the appropriate stakeholders are involved or not, if a decision is made it's steam-rolling through. Business employees are exempt from positive culture. Wouldn't recommend if you lead with heart, you'll be disappointed.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
