Pros
There is no limit to how much you can make. The is no one micro-managing you every step of each day. Store manager has an open door policy. Your opinion counts. You get recognition for your job performance. There are bonuses in place and we have contests on a monthly basis. They cater lunch to every employee once a quarter. You get to use new boats during the summer!
Cons
The hourly wage is a con, but when you use the tools in place to sell, the commissions are well worth working here.
