GM’s are primadonnas with no clue how to manage the business or its people, upper management more focused on the shareholders, customers don’t matter, dramatic working environment where you’re always looking over your shoulder. Pricing structure is overthought and not efficient and the margin is diluted resulting in the inability to take trades. Management attitude is that they are bigger and better than everyone else, resulting in inflated egos and lost customer retention. Salespeople suffer due to constantly changing comp structures and managements inability to effectively structure a deal properly. End result is loss of experienced and proficient team members as well as rainmaking sales performers.
