Pros
MarineMax is a company centered on values and genuinely lives up to them and follows them. I've never had to question the ethics of this company in 16 years of employment. There is a sense of pride working for a company you know you can trust in. Your earning potential at MarineMax can be extremely high given your position, talent, and drive. MarineMax has a way of finding the best of the best where the stars can shine and those that aspire to be at the top have a runway to get there given they have the grit to stay after it. I've seen success story after success story at MarineMax and it's inspiring as can be. So many lives have been changed for the better for those who work for this Company and for their families. It's not easy work, however it is very rewarding.
Cons
You will need to work for it. Nothing is given, and everything is earned. Not really a con, but it's the reality of it. This is an objective based business and performance is rewarded.
