Pros

Being around boating with customers brings a lot of smiles.

Cons

If you are not one of the chosen favorites, you will not succeed. Management is far too concerned with patting themselves on the back to worry about employees. The dealership operates like a car dealership from the 70s. If you raise concerns, they will most certainly not be addressed but rather be discussed behind your back as examples of how you need to get on board with how they do business. Every department head thinks they are the end all be all, and does not communicate with other departments to actually solve the problem, they only race to put out the immediate fire. Rinse and repeat with every customer.
