Pros

Gym, shaded parking, 80 hours vacation, ac in warehouse

Cons

Still in the start up mode even though it has been open 4 years. High turnover rate. strict point system in place to eliminate promotions. Don't be a minute late and be prepared to give this company sweet talk if you want a promotion. they promote personality not hard work. Company has a no grudge policy but floor managers will hold grudges. Safety is not priority here numbers are. Alot of false promises and misinformation given continously. If you are a self starter and problem solver you will be fine. If you are not a self starter good luck you going to need it you will not get to much help.

Pros

A dynamic company that's not for everyone, but if you're a skilled change agent, and not afraid to take ownership and make a difference, it's a wonderful company to work for.

Cons

Lots of change and sometimes difficult to keep up but you can learn more at Mark Anthony in a year compared to what you'll learn in a lifetime at other organizations.

Pros

There are some really wonderful people here. Unfortunately, there are only a few.

Cons

What initially seemed like a strong career move unfortunately turned out to be a disappointing experience. Leadership at multiple levels often lacked clarity, consistency, and the ability to foster a supportive work environment. In my time here, communication was poor, and collaboration was often undermined by unprofessional behavior that was tolerated, if not normalized. Recently, the company announced widespread layoffs, including my role. While I understand that difficult decisions must be made in business, the way it was handled left many employees feeling undervalued and blindsided. There are some talented people here trying to do the right thing, but the overall culture—particularly at the top—makes it incredibly difficult to effect meaningful change. If you're considering a role here, I’d encourage asking tough questions about culture, leadership, and long-term vision.
