      Benefits and company activities are good.

      Cons

      Low morale. Not enough employees to handle the large volume of work that comes in daily! Employees constantly express to each other how much they do not like working here. Management does not listen to the employees. Work/life balance does not exist. If this is what you desire, take my advice and go in a different direction.
