Pros

A lot of investment in product as we work on catching up from years of underinvestment. New digital platform supposed to be released in 2020 as we sunset our current Pitch system. It will include a traffic integration for smaller customers which could be good.

Cons

Very little information from the top. Small executive team that won't share any information with us, especially the bad kind. We just lost our largest customer and we learned about it two months after the executives were told. That doesn't instill trust or confidence.

Pros

recruited from a good job to work for more money and a "great" company that was the leader in broadcasting technology. After successfully bringing multiple clients onboard, getting thanks and cudos from the owner and many atta-boy emails, I was laid off with no warning because of 'budget cuts". Reduction, twice in the same year. never again
