Pros

Fantastic environment for collaboration. Emphasis is put on working together to produce the best products and services for the broadcast and media industry. Marketron has the most dedicated team I have ever worked with, making you feel fully supported and your efforts recognized. Work-life balance is wonderful and the benefits are great.

Cons

We have a diverse workforce spread across our offices and remote work which is wonderful. It does mean that sometimes you don't get to meet those you work with in person as often as you might elsewhere, but the tradeoff for having flexibility is definitely worth it, and the technology we have in place still allows for fully collaborative work.

Pros

recruited from a good job to work for more money and a "great" company that was the leader in broadcasting technology. After successfully bringing multiple clients onboard, getting thanks and cudos from the owner and many atta-boy emails, I was laid off with no warning because of 'budget cuts". Reduction, twice in the same year. never again
