Pros

The company's compensation package was okay.

Cons

The boss was unpleasant and constantly creating conflict. There was no room for advancement, and employees were not given opportunities to learn new skills or take on new challenges. There was a lot of conflict between employees. The boss would often pit us against each other, and it created a very toxic work environment. The work environment was lawless, and there was no accountability for poor performance.

Pros

recruited from a good job to work for more money and a "great" company that was the leader in broadcasting technology. After successfully bringing multiple clients onboard, getting thanks and cudos from the owner and many atta-boy emails, I was laid off with no warning because of 'budget cuts". Reduction, twice in the same year. never again
