Plant manager was great to work for.

Corporate was not concerned with employee happiness, only the bottom line. It's a revolving door of people who aren't valued.

It's a very physical job.

The equipment needs to be worked on I side and outside. The heat gets turned down so its cold and when you ask the manager to ask second shift to clean up after them selves you get told he don't like tattle tailers. I have nothing good to say. People steal from there as well.
