1/ Very basic training program. 2/ Manager will not respect you, treat you as "dumb" newbie, know nothing about work, life. 3/ After training, they will assume you have 5 years experience then they help you to prepare a 5 year experience resume (even you don't have 5 years). And try to teach you how to handle interview questions. 4/ No matter how tough, how struggle you are facing with a project (expect you have 5 years experience), they just give you a little salary for that (about $80k/year).
