We have noted and appreciate your feedback on the issues concerning benefits, infrastructure, and resource allocation. Rest assured that we are constantly working on impoving the situation.
Marlabs have indeed placed me with their client that had a need for my skills. I did find the my interlocutor recruiter to be a pleasant person.
The contract stipulated payments at 30 days after customer signed my timesheet for each month of work.
Cons
1. The company was late by at least three weeks to complete negotiations with the customer about my pay rate before I could start and it was difficult to get any information on the process even though I was told the customer authorized to hire me.
2. I did not have wisdom and/or option to include penalty clause into the contract for unreasonably delayed payments.
3. The first two payments were delayed and overdue by 4-3 weeks each.
4. Once my contract was completed and terminated after 6.5 months, my 5ths payment was overdue by 5 weeks. My 6ths is overdue by 5 weeks now even though I was assured it should have been released last week and would have been 4 weeks overdue. My 7th and final payment "should be processed soon after" in the words of my recruiter, but I have no based for any confidence I will get my two final payments.
