Pros
Lunch is Free in Marquardt
Cons
1. This is not a safe workplace for women who are unwilling to compromise their personal values or professional integrity. 2. Some HODs allegedly use employees who are close to them to influence or approach other female employees, creating an uncomfortable work environment. 3. The HR department is the most ineffective I have experienced. They appear to be aware of many issues but fail to take appropriate action. 4. Company policies, especially those related to appraisals and promotions, are not applied consistently across all employees. 5. Employees (Specially Girls) who maintain close personal relationships with certain HODs or provide expensive gifts appear to receive promotions, even when they do not meet the stated eligibility criteria or possess the required skills. 6. The Head of HR is unresponsive. Even after sending multiple complaint emails, there is often no acknowledgement or response. 7. There is no effective mechanism to hold HODs or HR accountable. 8. Skilled and deserving employees are frequently harassed or treated unfairly, leading many of them to resign. 9. Salaries are generally below market standards. Meaningful salary increases seem to be limited to a small group of favored employees. 10. The organization provides very limited opportunities for career growth and professional development. 11. Some HOD are only diploma holders. They treat engineers as labour.
