      Pros

      The location is great, the people are nice, the work life balance is fanatastic, and there are tons of opportunities to move around.

      Cons

      Definitely the pay. I always felt underpaid. There are some people in top positions that made it there because they did their previous jobs well, but they should not be leading large departments. Additionally, people are afraid of looking bad so they don't share information. Lastly, the company does not seem to value higher degrees.

      Not a ton of flexibility in the schedule but with advanced noticed things work out well.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
