Pros

+Nice coworkers +VERY strong company culture +Strong brand for resume +GREAT hotel discount +Interesting work - always something different

Cons

+Time is managed very strictly even for sales managers (limited lunch, 10 hour day is standard (8-6) no excuses. If you interview, make sure to ask about hours! +An older company, so there are some very traditional old timers +Pay is "eh." Complex bonus structure depending on hotel(s). +Suits and ties for guys mandatory and suits for women with closed shoes/no bare legs.(again, pending the hotel, but it's fairly standard)

Pros

great company, great team, hours are flexible and the team is great. a lot of room to make money

Cons

strict on their callout policy. sometimes you need coverage and team members aren't willing to cover for you and you are left with dealing with the write ups. Hard to move up unless you are favorited

Pros

Big company with lots of opportunity to explore talent and need combinations that match with your skill set.

Cons

Highly political and extremely slow when it comes to adoption of change. Company leans on temporary employees, supplemental consulting and re-orgs every 6 months or so. It's a volatile environment compared to the relative consistency of the company performance.
