I had a lot of friendly coworkers.
Cons
Housekeeping management insists it's fine to take 30 minutes to clean each room but if you take more than 15 you're pushed to pick up the pace. I was moved to another position in the company because of that. When I was moved, I was told there would be no change in pay. Until a month later, when I was told I'd be making less but nobody knew how much less. I had to ask the other person who worked that position how much she made because none of the managers I asked had any clue.
