Pros

9 to 5 steady work hours with weekends off. Okay leadership. Large company so the opportunities to move elsewhere within the world are vast.

Cons

Office politics are very fratlike. Low pay. Extremely low. Like I could qualify for food stamps. Out of date office and technology. Like taking a trip back to 2001. Everyone is pretty miserable because they don't feel valued and the leaders just ignore it. They gave us a 20 cent raise recently, if that's any indication as to the sorts of treats they give to their employees (sarcasm). Turnover is high because they don't invest in anyone but themselves.

Pros

great company, great team, hours are flexible and the team is great. a lot of room to make money

Cons

strict on their callout policy. sometimes you need coverage and team members aren't willing to cover for you and you are left with dealing with the write ups. Hard to move up unless you are favorited

Pros

Big company with lots of opportunity to explore talent and need combinations that match with your skill set.

Cons

Highly political and extremely slow when it comes to adoption of change. Company leans on temporary employees, supplemental consulting and re-orgs every 6 months or so. It's a volatile environment compared to the relative consistency of the company performance.
