Pros

Set schedule I guess? Very easy work.

Cons

Work holidays, weekends, nights, early mornings depending on your schedule. I have a Master of Business Administration which did not set me apart from others at all. Everyone receives the same starting pay regardless of education and experience. Four weeks of training was overkill, especially for those who have worked in the travel industry their entire lives. Clock in/out times for the day and for breaks is extremely precise. You can't be more than a minute off. If you like working in a call center, go for it.

Pros

great company, great team, hours are flexible and the team is great. a lot of room to make money

Cons

strict on their callout policy. sometimes you need coverage and team members aren't willing to cover for you and you are left with dealing with the write ups. Hard to move up unless you are favorited

Pros

Big company with lots of opportunity to explore talent and need combinations that match with your skill set.

Cons

Highly political and extremely slow when it comes to adoption of change. Company leans on temporary employees, supplemental consulting and re-orgs every 6 months or so. It's a volatile environment compared to the relative consistency of the company performance.
