      good benefits, 401 k, tuition reimbursement , free lunch, good team environment, always posibillity for growth and study , managers consider your requested dates very well

      you have to work in holidays , weekends when it's requires, you don't have a stable schedule, it's always rotated,

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
