      free lunches, decent starting point for a sales career

      Cons

      the management group was not involved or really interested - benefits were ok but def not great - the hotel is a franchise and the owners had NO idea how to manage a hotel of this size

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
