Pros
Compared to other employers, this company offers good benefits, has a lot of on-site facilities for employees' use; promotes "Go Green" life style and provides a reasonably good balance between life and work.
Cons
Lower level management is very rigid and does not appreciate creative thinking and new ideas; the work process is based on voluminous handbooks, rather than common sense and reasonable judgment; every little thing has to be cleared with/approved by the manager and go through never-ending tiers of the corporate structure; too many personality clashes among employees due to poor management on the lower level; no real opportunities for advancement
