Pros

Great pay, room to grow, yearly raise, 401k type of retirement, free medical, discounts not only at Marriott hotels, 35 hour average work week, vacation.

Cons

24 hour business, mostly have to work weekends unless you have seniority (most people have been there 20+ years, so long wait for seniority), will probably work holidays

Pros

great company, great team, hours are flexible and the team is great. a lot of room to make money

Cons

strict on their callout policy. sometimes you need coverage and team members aren't willing to cover for you and you are left with dealing with the write ups. Hard to move up unless you are favorited

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
