      Great energy. Decent benefits. Lots of chances to grow.

      Cons

      Management structure is not conducive to a positive environment. Managers have been in their jobs too long and make it hard for meaningful changes to happen. Everyday at work you need to prepare for battle.

      Does not pay as well They require you to leave and come back to get a big pay bump but then you lose your years of service
