      Pros

      Good opprotunity for growth and a very well conducted company. Great standards and an ecellent service to the public. A place to be proud of.

      Cons

      Expenses are a large issue to deal with. Definately need to have a better purchasing program in order to continue conducting business professionally.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
