Pros

Pay Is good but that's it

Cons

I'm a single mother of 5 kids I understand that during training you cnt miss that many days but my 18 month old was having trouble breathing due to rsv so I had to miss work her doctor wanted me to monitor her once he let us go home make sure her temp was staying down and she was breathing okay had doctors note that clearly stated I could return back to work on the 18th but marriott wants you put your kids before them so now I'm out of work because my child's life was more important to me as mother jobs should understand especially when u brought them a note from the doctor wasn't like I just didn't wanna go to work there was a medical emergency

Pros

great company, great team, hours are flexible and the team is great. a lot of room to make money

Cons

strict on their callout policy. sometimes you need coverage and team members aren't willing to cover for you and you are left with dealing with the write ups. Hard to move up unless you are favorited

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
