      Pros

      Good benefits package that is probably cheaper then most other companies and of course being able to travel and have a discounted place to stay is always helpful

      Cons

      Since it is hospitality it requires working on weekends so that is definitely a big con. And its hard to balance work and home life with a schedule that you really have no say with

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
