      Good Work life balance at times.

      Cons

      Not the place for truly talented engineers to stay. You can see this by most principles leaving within 3-5 years. A solid place to be if you want to coast through life. Is no longer competitive in the UK tech market.

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
