      People truly enjoy working here - from factory floor to corporate office. Culture is amazing. The company is thoughtfully run, still family owned and has that feel.

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
