      Great culture and values! Company attaches importance to networking, gives you a lot of REAL empowerment and trust. Good career development opportunities and fair compensation as well. Great, open and cooperative Associates.

      Cons

      Quite significant workload and a bit of pressure - you need resilience, assertiveness and prioritization capabilities to handle work-life balance and expectations properly. Process documentation setup could be improved.
