Pros
Awesome benefits - Company car/gas card, expense account, Ipad/computer, etc. Mars does a great job at letting you "be your own boss", which allows you to manage your territory however you want. As long as you're working towards the goal, the freedom is unparalleled.
Cons
Too many policies that is starting to take freedom out of the position. The company is starting to stray away from five principles, which was one of the reasons I signed on. Let the reps sell...simple as that.
