      Pros

      Really nice co-workers, very approachable and friendly. Really go out of their way to get you up to speed. Nice modern premises with no “offices” leads to a relaxed friendly environment. Everyone’s contribution appreciated from directors to a graduate only in the door. Training and progression is encouraged from day one. Everyone firing on all cylinders creates great synergy. Canteen is cool.

      Cons

      A lot of tools and reports to get used to but having said that great chance to up-skill and always someone to show you through it all. Struggling to think of anymore to be honest.

      Pros

      I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.

      Cons

      None so far—still new, but my experience has been very positive.
